1. Initial Payment:
- The client is required to make an upfront payment equal to 40% of the total project cost before the commencement of any work.
- This initial payment is essential to initiate the project and secure the client’s position in our project schedule.
2. Milestone Payments:
- For projects with extended timelines or defined milestones, additional payments may be required as mutually agreed upon between GiveTurn Tech Expert and the client.
- After completing 50% of the project work, if the client believes that more than 50% of the work is done, an additional payment equivalent to 50% of the remaining project cost is due.
- These milestone payments will be outlined in the project proposal or contract, specifying the corresponding deliverables or stages of completion.
3. Final Payment:
- The remaining of the total project cost is due upon the successful completion and delivery of the requested services.
- The final payment must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe, as stipulated in the project proposal or contract.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- If the project progresses to a stage requiring an advance payment for ongoing work, the initial 40% advance payment becomes non-refundable.
- In the rare case of project cancellation initiated by GiveTurn Tech Expert, a mutually agreed-upon portion of any advance payment will be promptly refunded.
- If client choose to cancel a project after initiation, the initial advance payment becomes non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to fair practices.
- If the client is unresponsive for more than 1 month after project initiation, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable, the project will be paused, and data may be removed from our end. To resume the project after a month, the client must pay the full remaining project cost.
- Please note that all purchases of courses, digital assets, items, scripts, or codes are non-refundable. Upon purchase, you gain full access to the content, and therefore, refunds cannot be issued.
5. Payment Methods:
- GiveTurn Tech Expert accepts payments through various methods, including but not limited to PayPal, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other electronic payment modes.
- Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Late Payment:
- In the event of late payment, GiveTurn Tech Expert reserves the right to suspend work on the project until outstanding payments are settled.
- Late payments may also incur additional charges or interest, as specified in the project proposal or contract.
7. Currency:
- All payments must be made in the currency agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
- If there are currency exchange considerations, any associated fees or fluctuations will be borne by the client.
8. Confidentiality:
- Rest assured, all information you share with us is treated confidentially and is utilized solely for the purpose of the project.
9. Intellectual Property:
- Upon full payment, ownership rights to the final product are transferred to you. We retain the right to reuse generic project elements for future clients.
10. Project Alterations:
- Any modifications or additions to the project scope post-agreement may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.
11. Data and Project File Retention Policy
- We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. Upon valid client requests, we will promptly remove data in accordance with regulations. Project files or source codes, including backups, are deleted 3 months after project completion, suspension, or cancellation to protect sensitive information and maintain system efficiency. Beyond this period, backups or files will not be available unless the website/app/system is hosted on our server, where lifetime backups are provided with ongoing hosting payments.
